Sun Dried Tomatoes:
With normal moisture (19-25%), packaged in baulk bags , cartons and in vacuumed bags.Can be supplied in the form of halves, strips and dices.
Ready to eat Semi-Dried Tomatoes:
With high moisture (33-38%).Packed in small bags and vacuumed bags.
Oven Dried Tomatoes:
All kinds of dried tomatoes can be produced with this method.
Marinated Dried Tomatoes:
Can be brined , in olive or sunflower oil. They are packed in cans, jars , plastic trays and in bags and can be in form of halves,strips and dices.

TOMATO PASTE

Tomato paste is produced by the washing, breaking, heating by the hot break or cold break process and screening of fresh and healthy tomatoes, to produce a juice which is then evaporated to the final concentration, sterilised and packed under aseptic conditions.

CHOPPED TOMATO

They are produced from fresh, field-selected tomatoes, sorted, washed and steam peeled, sorted,chopped and finally colour-sorted before being sterilised and packed under aseptic conditions in their own hot or cold break juice.

SUN DRIED FIGS

After drying and selecting of the fruits,they are washed and processed bringing their moisture content between 20-24%, which makes them moist and delicious. After washing, they are going for packaging in different sizes.

DRIED SULTANAS

Seedless Sun Dried Sultanas:
These are dark black in color and produces in a natural condition.They are free of sulfur.

Seeded Sun Dried Sultanas:
These are seeded,dark brown in color and big in size. they are produced in natural condition. They are free of sulfur.

Packing: For golden and sultana In 5kg, 10kg and 12.5kg, Shrink packs carton and for seeded sun dried sultanas in 25kg bag. According to demands we have different packaging types.

BLACK OLIVES

Green olives are treated by oxidating so that their colour gets black. They are sterilized in cans in order to keep them in good conditions for a long time. They are canned in form of whole, pitted , sliced and halved. The most common can sizes are 1/2 , 1/1, 5/1 , A10 and 10kgs cans.

The olives are harvested when they are completely black and ripe. Then they are treated without chemical process. After this natural treatment, the olives are packed in plastic trays, pails , drums , jars and cans. Their form can be whole , pitted , sliced and halved.

CALAMATA BLACK OLIVES

GREEN OLIVES

Green olives mainly treated by alkali process or natural treatment. They could be in form of whole, pitted, sliced, halved,green salad olives (mixture of whole-pitted-broken green olives with pimiento slices), green olives stuffed with pimiento-garlic-lemon-orange-almond, Cracked , dried. These olives are packed in plastic trays , bags, jars , cans , drums and vacuum bags.
